Dangerous Corner - November 2017

Robert Caplan and his wife Freda are entertaining after dinner in their home.  Robert is determined to uncover the truth about the recent suicide of his brother Martin.

Revelations and hidden secrets soon start emerging, changing a pleasant evening into one of recriminations which rise to such a pitch that Robert in the end goes off and shoots himself.

At this point there is a total blackout and the opening scene is repeated exactly as before except that this time they bypass the dangerous corner at which the truth was demanded.

J.B.Priestley wrote three “time” plays of which this is one.
